Join me for a group hypnosis session in Estrela.
Connect with the nature around you and immerse yourself in a journey to your subconscious that will allow you to come back feeling food and completely relaxed.
In every session, we will focus on a different theme with the intention of making you feel better than you were on your arrival, so you can leave with a new energy and a new state of mind.
Please bring your own mat/towel/blanket and a notebook and warm clothes. The session will last between 30 - 45 min and you may get cold.
A hypnotic trance is a completely natural state that happens to everyone on a daily basis. For example, when you are totally absorbed by a book and you cannot hear anything around you, or when you are driving to a familiar place but you cannot remember much of the journey.
It’s an entirely safe practice that allows you to relax deeply so you can access your subconscious mind to create lasting change.
Contrary to what's shown in the movies, you never lose control over yourself, and you can open your eyes at any time and go if you decide to.
IMPORTANT: Hypnosis is not recommended for people who suffer from epilepsy.
