Global Launch of myVCW4HorizonEurope
Overview
ABOUT THIS EVENT
The myVCW4Horizon Ecosystem is a structured, hands-on program created to support organisations preparing for Horizon Europe funding.
Across three intensive days, participants will:
- Develop real Horizon Europe pre-proposals
- Structure ideas according to evaluation logic and impact criteria
- Design and strengthen international consortia
- Experience a realistic Horizon Europe evaluation simulation
- Participate in expert-led matchmaking and partner identification
The program is grounded in the VCW – Value Creation Wheel methodology, applied in EU-funded projects since 2015.
PROGRAMME
Day 1 – Factory of Pre-Proposals (19 January)
Open to all thematic fields
Hands-on development of Horizon Europe pre-proposals using the VCW methodology, from challenge definition to structured concept generation aligned with Horizon evaluation criteria.
Day 2 – Strategic Tracks for Pre-Proposals (20 January)

Afternoon | Security, Defense & Justice

Day 3 – Horizon Evaluation Simulation + Matchmaking (21 January)
Participants go through a realistic Horizon Europe evaluation simulation, followed by expert matchmaking and partner identification sessions aligned with real calls and consortia needs.
