What is the Life Force Kundalini Energy?
The Life Force energy is the essense of life that flows within us all, a primordial energy that is linked to our maximum potential for well-being. It can be adressed by different names: Life Force, Prana, QI (Chi), or even Kundalini Energy.
The Life Force Kundalini Activation offers a powerful pathway that empowers profound transformation.It helps us to deepen the connection with our true self and expand our consciousness, release suppressed emotions, traumas and limiting beliefs. It helps us to clear the blockages and to release what no longer serves us, enabling us to get in touch with our innate wisdom to live a life full of abundance, authenticity, purpose, joy, and fulfillment.
How the Breathwork & Kundalini Activation Session works?
In the @kundalini.algarve sessions we start it with a short breathwork exercise to prepare your body, calm the Nervous System and silence the mind. Then, laying down on a yoga mat, the loud and immersive musical journey begins: a carefully curated playlist designed to create a safe space, guide the energetic flow, support emotional release and amplify sensations.
All you need to do is lie down, close your eyes, surrender to the energy and let it flow, embarking on a journey inwards and letting go any mental chatter or expectations.
As I hold a safe container for your process, you might experience tingling sensations, insights, emotional release, temperature changes, laughter, tears, involuntary movements or even moments of deep stillness. And the invitation is to meet them with openness and acceptance, allowing yourself to fully experience it without analysis or judgment.
We always finish with an optional sharing and reflection time.
The total duration of the session is 2 hours.

- This session is not suitable for people suffering from severe mental illnesses / heavy medication treatments.
