From Taste to Tell - Culinary Writing Workshop

A special evening dedicated to the art of writing about food, culture and places, guided by award-winning journalist Margo Gabriel.

Lisbon Coffee Week partners with Good Company to host an intimate evening dedicated to the craft of writing about food, culture, and place.

Led by award-winning journalist Margo Gabriel who has been featured in The New York Times, BBC, HuffPost, and Wine Enthusiast. This intimate group workshop explores how flavor, memory, and atmosphere can be transformed into compelling stories.

Drawing on her experience as a writer, editor, and workshop facilitator within Lisbon’s culinary scene, Margo will guide participants through practical writing exercises and storytelling frameworks designed to help sharpen voice, structure narratives, and bring greater depth to writing about gastronomy and hospitality. Participants will enjoy a glass of wine from Good Company’s carefully selected natural wine menu.
