We are in a very different moment from the one we were living in two years ago. Back then, the conversation around Artificial Intelligence was mostly about ethics, governance, and whether it would happen at all. Today, most organizations already have AI use cases deployed in real operations.The Epic AI Summit, on March 20, brings together the key stakeholders of the AI ecosystem in Portugal — corporates, catalysts, facilitators, speakers, consultants, bionics, and talent — for a full day of keynotes, talks, roundtables, hands-on labs, and moments of experimentation, with more than 30 people taking the stage.This is the ideal event to get inspired by real use cases, identify acceleration enablers, debate strategies for transforming work, recruit or be recruited into the AI revolution, and learn from those already working in augmented ways.An essential moment to understand the state of the art of AI in Portugal — and the next step in your career.

Agenda

Arrival, registration and informal welcome. Participants start connecting early over coffee, orient themselves in the space and begin first conversations with fellow attendees, speakers and catalysts.

Tiago Forjaz will open the event with a provocative talk about the recent evolution of AI, the most challenging questions and opportunities we face in order to present the line up.

Opening Speech

10  Keynote Speakers will deliver 5 Min Talks to inspire the audience and show how artificial intelligence is racing (and human). 

Talk Parade - The Human Frontier to AI -  10 Voices I 50 Mins I One Vision

Time for Coffee and Networking! Everyone gets a chance to talk and /or visit the exhibition space and learn about the corporate use cases as well as the exciting success stories that AI consultants are leading.

Networking Break - "Connections Before Conclusions"

Moderated roundtable discussions where diverse perspectives explore how organisations move from AI curiosity to real capability - sharing obstacles, decision points and patterns that accelerate (or block) progress. Roundtable Conversation  - "From Curiosity to Capability" 

Lunch blended with exploration. Participants continue conversations while visiting the exhibition area, engaging with corporate use cases, AI Catalysts and Facilitators - deepening discussions, testing ideas and identifying concrete collaboration opportunities.

Live demonstrations of Verne, Career Spinner and Spinnable, showcasing how AI is already reshaping careers, talent and decision-making in practice.

Guided Interactive experience where the facilitator work with the audience to unpack key roles in AI projects, explore use-case templates and understand different AI journey models - translating concepts into practical action.

On-stage Facilitated AI Transformation Experience

Another intentional "marketplace moment". Participants reconnect around the exhibition area, facilitators, catalysts and corporate leaders - continuing conversations, clarifying ideas and opening paths to future projects, partnerships or recruitment.


Networking Break

Senior Chief People Officers  share real use cases and strategic reflections on how their organizations are approaching AI Acceleration and: reshaping work, teams and operating models. Special Guests Include: Vera Rodrigues (MC), Isabel Borgas (NOS), Ana Completo (SIVA), Joana Queiroz Ribeiro (Fidelidade), João Tavares (Banco BPI), Joana Machado (Semapa)

Chief People Officer Roundtable - "Redesigning Work, Not Just Jobs"

An AI synthesis of the conversation translates the day’s insights into strategic clarity - highlighting patterns, decisions and next steps that organisations can realistically act on immediately after the Summit. Special Guests include: Tomás Gonzalez-Quijano & Tomás Gonzalez-Quijano (founders of verne.ai)
