About this event
Come and join us for an energising yoga flow class which will take you on a journey of self-empowerment and resilience building. Our classes, taught by Nicola and Marla are designed for all levels. They include meditation, breathwork and sounds and scents to stimulate the senses.
Our studio is in the beautiful Hotel Hotel on Avenida da Liberdade, Lisbon.
Nicola is a passionate Yoga Teacher and Life Coach, and a bold Libran who loves travelling and dancing! She teaches a Vinyasa flow that incorporates empowering mantras, breathwork, and meditation. Each class is varied and incorporates sound and scent to stimulate the senses. Having previously experienced corporate burnout, letting go is key to Nicola. She will take you on a journey to the roots of yoga, enabling you to free your mind and experience deep relaxation.
Marla found her authentic teaching voice and true passion through yoga, meditation and breath work and was overwhelmed by the positive and immediate benefits she experiences physically, mentally and emotionally. Marla teaches a sensory focused Vinyasa Flow and Hatha Yoga class.

Yoga mats, water and showering facilities are available at the studio and you're also welcome to have a dip in the hotel rooftop pool afterwards :-)
