Overview
Diversity is a natural fact. We can benefit from it, ignore it or try to limit it. auticon, a multinational “for profit” company, has chosen the first option. Since 2011 it has been hiring autistic people, discarded by those who choose the other options, reaping great benefits for itself and for the companies it works with. The result is not the result of chance, but of a well-constructed project, a solid business case, a working methodology.
