Whether you are just starting a Yoga journey or looking for ways to challenge your current practice - you will be guided through thoughtfully crafted sequences with accessible options for different levels of flexibility and strength, exploring safe ways to stretch, de-stress and re-zen. Let the movement free your body, and the breath liberate your mind. Let's ELEVATE.
