We’re surrounded by new AI tools, prompts and increasingly clever ways to use them. But for teams, the more important question is: where can AI genuinely improve the way we work — and where should human judgement remain essential?
In this practical workshop by The Eggwhite, we’ll move beyond tools and prompt hacks to focus on what really matters: the process.
Over two hours, we’ll explore how AI can support different stages of a product workflow — from research and synthesis to documentation, work organisation and handoff — identifying where it can save time, reduce operational effort and improve efficiency without losing context, critical thinking or human decision-making.
Working through a fictional case study, participants will experiment with different applications of AI and build an AI Process Map that distinguishes between what AI can accelerate, what requires human review, and what should remain firmly in human hands.
Because working better with AI doesn’t mean automating everything.
It means knowing exactly what is worth automating.
