Ecstatic Dance is a body practice created by Gabrielle Toth in the late 70's, which she describes as a Journey of the Soul through Dance, where moving the body, we nurture the heart and free the mind.
The experience could be understood as a Moving Meditation practice and will guide you in a deep inner dive revealing the magic of your rhythmic expressions.
It amplifies the vitality, awaken your senses, ignite your body, sparkling the power of your deep sensations, supporting you in this great journey of opening the windows of our perceptions about body, mind and spirit.
