Workshop Experience: From Dysfunction to CoherenceThis is a two-part experience designed to shift how you lead, relate, and organize — from the inside out.

We’ll begin with “How to Build a Truly Toxic Organization” — a satirical exercise that flips dysfunction into insight, revealing the hidden logics we unconsciously follow.

Then we move into “A Breath of Fresh Leadership” — a somatic journey into presence, where leadership stops being performance… and becomes coherence.
