Through a specific breathing pattern, participants are invited to move beyond the mind and into direct contact with bodily sensations, emotions, and stored tension.This is not a performance or a technique to “do right.” The session unfolds naturally, allowing each participant to experience what is ready to surface and release in the moment. WHAT PEOPLE CAN EXPECTDuring the session, participants may experience:· release of emotional and physical tension· strong bodily sensations or waves of energy· emotional release or deep relaxation· altered states of awareness· moments of clarity and insight· a deeper sense of grounding and presenceEach experience is individual. There is no goal, no pressure, and no expectation to reach a specific state.
