The Deep Somatic Breath Experience is a guided breathwork session focused on the body, the nervous system, and emotional awareness.

Through a specific breathing pattern, participants are invited to move beyond the mind and into direct contact with bodily sensations, emotions, and stored tension.

This is not a performance or a technique to “do right.” The session unfolds naturally, allowing each participant to experience what is ready to surface and release in the moment.
