CET advocates for the Youth and NGO sectors in the Ptuj region and promotes active participation. Currently active in Ptuj, Slovenia, and Madeira, Portugal.CET Platform Italy is on a mission to improve the level of competencies of young people and youth workers and to foster intercultural learning, active citizenship, and social inclusion through non-formal education. Who is it for?- Passionate about culture and enogastronomy,- Committed to responsible tourism and sustainability,- Excited about sharing and learning.Spoiling your senses in this culinary retreat you support local producers across Madeira and contribute to the competence development in sustainable tourism. Fruits and vegetables, dairy and bakery products, wine and rum, as well as the fish and fruits from the sea that can be found locally, will be sourced from food markets, cooperatives, and from farmers, fishermen, and winemakers directly. Sharing cooking and other skills with co-retreaters and at culinary workshops with a Chef from Madeira, you will enable the transfer of knowledge, exchange of experience, and broaden horizons. Participating in the retreat you support and contribute to the development of learning programs, aiming to build resilience, creativity, and sustainability in the island's hospitality and travel sector, as well as local communities across Madeira.
