Conscious Dance: an embodied social experience. Meet, move, and connect in a serene urban sanctuary. This curated social experience allows you to consciously wind down after a busy workweek, where meeting new people happens naturally through movement, shared space, and gentle guidance inspired by physical theatre and conscious dance practices. We begin by creating a safe, welcoming atmosphere with guided connection warm-ups, helping everyone arrive in their bodies and feel comfortable with one another. From there, the space opens into a free-flow dance journey with a carefully selected playlist spanning 70s–90s blues, jazz, disco, funk, and soulful rhythms — slow, fast, and everything in between. Conscious. No substances. No pressure. Just people, music, movement, and presence. This event is hosted for the Healing House Community and anyone who feels aligned with conscious, sober, heart-led social spaces. What Makes This Evening Special - A substance-free environment for authentic connection - Gentle connection warm-ups inspired by physical theatre - A diverse, nostalgic, and soulful music journey - A consciously held space where meeting people feels natural - Time for free socializing and integration after the guided part - A perfect opportunity to unwind and connect with like-minded individuals Schedule 🕡 Doors open: 7:00 PM 🕖 Guided experience: 7:30 – 9:30 PM 🕙 Space closes: 10:00 PM After 9:30 PM, the space remains open for relaxed socializing, conversations, and free movement. Come as you are — curiosity and openness are enough. This experience reflects the intentional facilitation, curated experience, and held space that allows genuine connection. If you’re looking for a meaningful way to meet people, move your body, and feel part of a conscious community, you are warmly welcome. To keep the experience intimate and meaningful, we are limiting this event to 25 participants only.
