Connection Playground #3

As we are slowly getting a feeling of going back to “normal life”, many of us are sensing that this movement doesn’t have to be a step back. If we are adjusting to a new normal (or, dare we say “creating” a new normal?), why not doing it from a place of consciousness and connection?

We created a playground where we can sense what we’d like to grow into. Have you started to wonder how you’d like to be in the world right now? How clear is the landscape you’d like to create? What are the new qualities you would like to bring to your life and relationships?

The Playground is an opportunity to listen to your inner impulses and to explore how you want to act and connect.

The playground is filled with movement, awareness and expressive arts. We bring together a variety of powerful practices such as dance improvisation, authentic movement, social presencing theater, contemporary composition and journaling, for a playful and rich journey.
