The meditation sessions with Denise Dolan continues in 2024, every Tuesday at 12.30pm at Sangha Cowork. We offer weekly meditation sessions, open to beginners and experienced meditators alike, so that you can experience the power of silence, a calm mind, and a peaceful heart.
Denise generously contributes her time and professional expertise to the community, yet donations are welcome to cover the expense of the space.
Chairs are available, but feel free to bring your own cushion or yoga mat if you prefer.
