A Família é o plano de que somos formados, e embora também tenhamos o livre-arbítrio e individualidade, ela influencia quem Somos.A Constelação Familiar é uma prática terapêutica usada para resolver conflitos familiares que atravessam gerações e que podem trazer prejuízos para a vida duma pessoa. Trata-se de um trabalho que procura a reconciliação com antepassados e membros da família. A Constelação Familiar foi desenvolvida por Bert Hellinger. Através dela, é possível identificar acontecimentos que, mesmo desconhecidos, podem trazer problemas para a vida duma pessoa. O objectivo é facilitar o entendimento de transtornos psicológicos e outras questões pessoais que podem ter influência nas relações familiares ou conflitos que atravessam gerações duma mesma família.
