On Saturdays, you have the opportunity to learn how to make your own cocktails. Miguel Batista comes to our castle for a weekly workshop.

Castle Rock Pub & Hotel

You will learn:
- Customer approach and bar control
- Presentation of material and tools
-Synthesized description of fermented/distilled beverages
-Introduction to different bar techniques
-Beverage balance - sweet/acid
- Combination of flavors
-Schematic process of producing a bloodletting
-Decoration and presentation of drinks
-Experimentation/evaluation/tasting
