Inês Santos Silva is the Co-Founder and COO of TejoMed, a membership-based family medicine clinic dedicated to preventive, proactive, and personalized care. At the forefront of revolutionizing women’s health research, she also serves as an Executive Advisor at AthenaDAO, an organization committed to advancing innovation in women’s health.

A passionate advocate for inclusion and impact, Inês is a prominent voice in the tech ecosystem. She is the Co-Founder and Chief Activist of Portuguese Women in Tech, a platform empowering women across the technology sector.

In addition to her entrepreneurial work, Inês serves on the board of Almedina, a leading publishing group. She is an alumna of Singularity University and the THNK School of Creative Leadership, and continues to shape the future of tech and entrepreneurship through bold, community-driven initiatives.

Anel Imanbay

Anel Imanbay is a serial entrepreneur, business advisor, and international speaker based in Lisbon. She is the co-founder of an art business in London and the founder and CEO of Into Beauty Studio in Lisbon. Over the years, Anel has collaborated with global giants including Meta, Samsung, Apple, and Snapchat, bringing her strategic insight to both corporate powerhouses and innovative ventures. She organizes, hosts, and holds the license for TEDxMarvila, the largest English-speaking TEDx event in Lisbon, and also hosts the podcast “Voices of the World.” Writing under the pen name Imani Cortez, she authored the best-selling children’s book Her Name Was Flower.

A graduate in Financial Economics from the UK, Anel has built a multifaceted career across corporate finance, education, gaming, and beauty, blending analytical rigor with creative leadership in every endeavor.

Based in Cascais, Portugal, she specializes in Neuro Linguistic Programming, clinical hypnotherapy, and EMDR therapy. She draws on a diverse toolkit to help clients reprogram limiting beliefs, build resilience, and achieve lasting success.

Mary has worked with leading organizations across Europe and Asia, including Barclays, BMW, Google, and Johnson & Johnson. Through her coaching, training, and podcasting, she educates and inspires individuals to master their mindset, overcome self-sabotage, and unlock their full potential.
