A roundtable session aimed at the academic community, to promote reflection on well-being, academic journey, and career development.
The session hosted by UPTEC in partnership with the Talent and Career Department of the University of Porto, will feature the participation of professionals in psychology and career services, as well as recent graduates who will share their journeys and experiences.
Topics such as self-awareness, resilience, adaptability, and the importance of psychological health in building a balanced academic and professional path will be addressed. Through interactive moments, the aim is to challenge students to view their careers as a non-linear path, where self-awareness, resilience, and personal balance play a fundamental role.
During the session, the Upgrade Challenge will be presented - a programme that challenges students to work in teams to solve real challenges launched by companies and organizations, promoting practical learning oriented towards the professional context.
