ABOUT THE FACILITATORS

Ângelo Surinder

Considerado o “Teacher of Teachers”, Ângelo Surinder faz magia sempre que toca um instrumento e tem ensinado por todo o mundo nos últimos 12 anos.

Nascido em Setúbal, viveu durante quatro anos numa comunidade na Galiza, onde aprendeu a viver em estreita comunhão com a Natureza, iniciando o seu percurso no Xamanismo. De regresso a Portugal, formou-se em Reiki e encontrou no Yoga uma excelente prática para o equilíbrio entre corpo, mente e espírito, começando a praticar Yoga Shivananda em 2002. Quis aprofundar o conhecimento nesta área e formou-se como professor de Kundalini Yoga em 2006. Nesta prática, teve o primeiro contacto com o Gongo, instrumento pelo qual se apaixonou de imediato.

Foi com o Mestre Don Conreaux que se formou em Mestre de Gongo e de Gong Yoga. O seu fascínio pelo poder transformador do som levou-o a formar-se como Musicoterapeuta no Reino Unido, tendo feito o estágio nos Estados Unidos da América. Colaborou com uma clínica em Málaga, num projecto de pesquisa dos efeitos terapêuticos do som na saúde humana. Colaborou também com o departamento de Oncologia do Hospital de Setúbal para o alívio da dor e com a Cruz Vermelha Portuguesa. Deu aulas de yoga para séniores e para reclusos da prisão de Lisboa.

Iniciou as suas viagens regulares ao Peru, onde fez formação de Cura com Sons Ancestrais Andinos com Tito la Rosa e, até aos dias de hoje, mantém contacto com os Q’eros, descendentes directos dos Incas. Aprendeu Ritual Trance Dance com Wilbert Alix, formou-se em Massagem de Som na Academia Peter Hess e enveredou também pelo Thetahealing Avançado e pela Hipnose Clínica.

Como resultado de todos esses anos de pesquisa sobre terapia de som, ritmo, vibração e movimento, co-fundou em 2010 o projeto Cosmic Gong e a Associação Internacional de Musicoterapia Vibracional & Ressonância Holística, com o objetivo de promover o estudo, ensino e difusão da Musicoterapia Vibracional e de práticas saudáveis para a saúde, bem-estar e despertar da consciência do indivíduo,

Através da Cosmic Gong, tem formado centenas de alunos por todo o mundo e realizado inúmeros concertos, performances, Gongbaths, aulas de Yoga e meditações, em eventos privados e públicos – em Feiras, Festivais e Congressos – e individualmente, em contexto terapêutico.

Pessoas de todo o mundo procuram aprender com o Ângelo, pela sua forma holística, inclusiva e xamânica de trabalhar e ensinar.

Ângelo Surinder

Considered the "Teacher of Teachers," Ângelo Surinder creates magic every time he plays an instrument and has been teaching around the world for the past 12 years.

Born in Setúbal, he lived for four years in a community in Galicia, where he learned to live in close communion with Nature, beginning his journey in Shamanism. Upon returning to Portugal, he trained in Reiki and found in Yoga an excellent practice for balancing body, mind, and spirit, beginning to practice Shivananda Yoga in 2002. He wanted to deepen his knowledge in this area and trained as a Kundalini Yoga teacher in 2006. In this practice, he first encountered the Gong, an instrument with which he immediately fell in love.

It was with Master Don Conreaux that he trained as a Gong and Gong Yoga Master. His fascination with the transformative power of sound led him to train as a Music Therapist in the United Kingdom, where he completed an internship in the United States. She collaborated with a clinic in Malaga on a research project into the therapeutic effects of sound on human health. She also collaborated with the Oncology Department of Setúbal Hospital for pain relief and with the Portuguese Red Cross. She taught yoga classes to seniors and inmates at the Lisbon prison.

She began her regular trips to Peru, where she trained in Ancestral Andean Sound Healing with Tito la Rosa and, to this day, maintains contact with the Q'eros, direct descendants of the Incas. She learned Ritual Trance Dance with Wilbert Alix, trained in Sound Massage at the Peter Hess Academy, and also explored Advanced Thetahealing and Clinical Hypnosis. As a result of years of research into sound, rhythm, vibration, and movement therapy, in 2010 he co-founded the Cosmic Gong project and the International Association of Vibrational Music Therapy & Holistic Resonance, with the goal of promoting the study, teaching, and dissemination of Vibrational Music Therapy and healthy practices for health, well-being, and the awakening of individual consciousness.

Through Cosmic Gong, he has trained hundreds of students worldwide and held countless concerts, performances, Gongbaths, Yoga classes, and meditations, both at private and public events—at fairs, festivals, and conferences—and individually, in therapeutic settings.

People from all over the world seek to learn from Ângelo, for his holistic, inclusive, and shamanic way of working and teaching.

João Beles

Viajante do efémero, nativo da eternidade, João Beles é um ser espiritual a habitar um corpo físico.

Crente em Deus, em Jesus e em muito do conhecimento que nos foi passado pelos nossos ancestrais.

Naturopata, acupuntor, músico e compositor e apaixonado pela Natureza.

Música

Com 5 anos lembra-se de ir ao seu primeiro concerto do mítico músico português António Variações, músico que o inspira até aos dias de hoje.

Com 10 anos de idade começou a estudar música, flauta e violino no Conservatório Regional do Algarve.

Em 1995, apanhado pela febre do grunge e da música alternativa, criou a sua primeira banda de garagem, intitulada Siddhartha, que durou apenas 2 anos até ir estudar para Lisboa.

Em 2009, de regresso a Faro, criou os Migna Mala, grupo de música astral, com quem lançou um EP em 2011 e um álbum em 2018 intitulado "Ni noderidá", disponível no Spotify.

Plantas Medicinais

Começou a aprender sobre plantas medicinais em 1996 quando entrou no curso de Naturologia, em Lisboa.

Dedicou 20 anos da sua vida a formar naturopatas e a ensinar às pessoas os benefícios da utilização das Plantas Medicinais na sua saúde.

Ao longo destas anos divulgou este conhecimento de várias formas, desde publicação de livros de Plantas Medicinais, presença em programas de televisão e rádio, partilhas nas redes sociais, retiros, caminhadas e festivais.

Partilha, atualmente, o seu conhecimento técnico e científico no "Curso Online de Plantas Medicinais - Utilização e Bases Científicas" e “Conversas com Plantas Medicinais".

Partilha o seu conhecimento espiritual e ancestral nas jornadas “Guardiães das Plantas Medicinais” e “As Plantas Medicinais e os 7 Chakras” .

Organiza retiros de plantas medicinais e caminhadas na Natureza.

At the age of 5, he remembers going to his first concert by the legendary Portuguese musician António Variações, a musician who inspires him to this day.

At the age of 10, he began studying music, flute, and violin at the Algarve Regional Conservatory.

In 1995, caught up in the grunge and alternative music craze, he created his first garage band, Siddhartha, which lasted only two years until he moved to Lisbon to study.

Medicinal Plants

He started learning about medicinal plants in 1996 when he took the Naturology course in Lisbon.
