• Create static content and web pages

• Surface and interact with Dataverse data using Lists, Basic forms, and Advanced forms

• Set up user authentication

• Understanding portal security with web roles, table permissions and page permissions

• Convert your site to a mobile application using progressive web app technology (PWA)

• Using Visual Studio Code and the Power Platform CLI

• Intro to Liquid and building custom web templates

• Overview of extending the portal with the Portal web API and custom code components

Overall Prerequisites

You should be familiar with building business applications and relational database concepts.

You do not need to be a developer or web designer, but some basic familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript would be beneficial.

You will need to bring a laptop capable of running modern web browsers and Visual Studio code for the labs. Limited support/assistance for non-Windows devices.
