Do I need to have experience with breathwork or other somatic practices?

No prior experience is needed – just presence. Whether it's your first time exploring kundalini energy and breathwork, or you're already familiar with these practices, you're very welcome to these sessions!

How should I prepare for the session?

Wear comfortable clothing. Avoid heavy meals, junk food or stimulants 48h before the session. But most importantly: come with honesty and openness.
