No prior experience is needed – just presence. Whether it's your first time exploring kundalini energy and breathwork, or you're already familiar with these practices, you're very welcome to these sessions!

Wear comfortable clothing. Avoid heavy meals, junk food or stimulants 48h before the session. But most importantly: come with curiosity, an open mind and an open heart. You'll also receive a full guide after you finish your booking.
