Breath & Release is a gentle, grounded breathwork session designed to support emotional and physical release — without pushing, forcing or overwhelming the nervous system.

This is an invitation to soften, to breathe, and to let go of what no longer needs to be carried.


About the Session

Breath & Release offers a nervous system–focused breathwork experience held in a calm, trauma-informed group setting.

Guided with Holosomatic Breathwork Therapy®, music, and headphones for deep immersion, this session helps you let go of tension, access suppressed emotions, and reconnect with your inner self — finding clarity, peace, and freedom.


Why Breath & Release

Many people arrive at the beginning of a new phase already carrying a lot —
stress, emotional residue, tension in the body, or a sense of inner pressure.

Often, what we need first is not another insight or breakthrough,
but relief.

Breath & Release creates space to:

  • unload emotional and physical tension
  • calm the nervous system
  • reconnect with your breath and body
  • begin again from a place of greater inner stability

Release here is not dramatic.
It is regulated, respectful and embodied.


What to Expect

This 90-minute session is held in a grounded, supportive environment and includes:

  • Live, guided breathwork
  • A gentle, regulated breathing rhythm
  • Support for emotional and physical release
  • A calm group setting with clear facilitation
  • Time to rest and integrate

You may experience sensations such as relaxation, emotional softening, clarity, or a sense of inner spaciousness.
Each experience is individual and respected as it unfolds.


Session Flow

Each Breath & Release session includes:

  • Arrival & grounding – settling into the body and breath
  • Introduction & orientation – understanding the session and its focus
  • Guided breathwork journey – live facilitation, no headphones
  • Integration & rest – quiet time to ground and absorb the experience

The flow is designed to support release, regulation and reconnection.


Who This Session Is For

You are welcome if you wish to:

  • release emotional or physical tension
  • calm mental noise and overstimulation
  • reconnect with your body and breath
  • move through life transitions with more stability

No prior breathwork experience is needed.
All genders, backgrounds and life stories are welcome.


Contraindications & Safety

Breathwork is generally safe, but this session is not recommended during pregnancy or for people with severe cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy or psychosis.

About the Facilitator

Steffi Haxel is a certified Breathwork Facilitator, Coach and Psychological Counsellor based in Lisbon.
Her work is trauma-informed, nervous-system-focused and grounded, creating spaces where safety, presence and regulation come first.

She guides breathwork with sensitivity and clarity, allowing each participant to move at their own pace and experience what feels supportive in the moment.
