About the workshop:
The Art of Boundaries is a deep-dive workshop designed to help you understand, define, and communicate your personal boundaries with clarity and confidence. In this interactive experience, you’ll explore what healthy boundaries look like in work, family, friendships, and romantic relationships and how to adapt them to different situations. You’ll discover the difference between rigid limits that shut life out and clear and flexible boundaries that make space for authentic connection. Through personal reflection, partner exercises, and group sharing, you’ll learn how to reframe boundaries from something “unkind” or “selfish” into an act of self-respect that invites others to respect you too.
In this workshop you will:
• Identify your boundaries in different areas of life like work, family, friendships, romance.
• Understand the “why” behind each boundary so you can stand by it with clarity and confidence.
• Practice communicating boundaries clearly, directly, and without over-explaining or apologizing.
• Boost your confidence by practicing saying “no” without guilt and “yes” when you truly mean it.
• Learn the difference between healthy boundaries and rigid walls that block connection.
• Walk away with real-world examples of healthy and unhealthy boundaries so you can spot them instantly.
