About this event
This half day experience will teach you how to make a variety of botanical infusions, utilising, the fruits, flowers and extensive range of herbs from the Quinta’s garden to create personal takes on a range of alcoholic and nonalcoholic cocktails.
Deep purple gin infused with the earthy flavour of beetroot, fruity cocktail syrups with the complexity of freshly picked garden herbs, shaken, smashed and served over ice, enjoyed in the garden overlooking the ocean.

The workshop starts with an exploration into the scents, taste and benefits of the key plants from the gardens, before learning how to make key elements of the cocktails, then mixing and tasting 3 cocktail recipes, all whilst enjoying the gardens and facilities of the Quinta.
