A PORTUGUESE WINE JOURNEY - TASTE FIRST, SPIN THE RECORDS LATER

Hosted by Diogo Catarino, this North-to-South journey unfolds like a well-loved vinyl: a vibrant Side A, charged with Atlantic energy; a deeper, warmer, sun-soaked Side B. Five Portuguese wines guide the way - from Bairrada and Vinho Verde, to Colares, Península de Setúbal and Alentejo - each glass revealing a different mood and a different landscape.

For this launch edition, the selection draws largely from The Vintage wine list, in a tasting shaped by what already lives within our doors. A first chapter grounded in what we know, pour and proudly share every day.

Set in The Hangout Bar, the atmosphere is part of the ritual. First, the tasting. Then, the record begins to spin. A carefully curated vinyl selection continues the evening, adding new notes to the night.

Five regions. Two sides. One night to sip, listen and linger.

Diogo Catarino’s path through wine moves from dining room to vineyard. With experience spanning fine dining, international hospitality and his own independent wine label, Comporta-te, he brings a perspective shaped by both service and craft. Thoughtful, hands-on and deeply connected to Portuguese terroir.
