Step into a space designed to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and experience holistic wellbeing through movement, touch, sound and connection.

The ultimate you wellness experience is a free community event where our practitioners will introduce themselves through short interactive mini sessions and talks, allowing you to experience the heart behind each offering.

This evening is an invitation to explore different treatments, ask questions, connect with practitioners, and discover what supports your body and wellbeing best.
