Vamos trazer o tema à consciência coletiva e combater o estigma, para facilitar a sua melhor integração na sociedade.

No segundo evento da iniciativa #ThankYouPlantMedicine em Portugal, organizado pelo SafeJourney, lançámos o mote "My best bad trip", convidando à desconstrução do tom negativo comumente associada às chamadas "bad trips". A ideia é mostrar como, muitas vezes, as experiências difíceis podem contribuir de forma significativa para as nossas estórias de transformação, superação, cura ou descoberta.

Existe um posto de testagem da UniLabs no local, até às 18h, para quem necessitar de realizar o teste à entrada (gratuito). Neste caso, deverá chegar com maior antecedência pois pode haver período de espera. Dentro do Unobvious Lab é necessário usar máscara, excepto quando estiver sentado/a.

Espreita o resumo do 1º evento #ThankYouPlantMedicine em Portugal, em 2020:

#ThankYouPlantMedicine é um movimento inclusivo e abrange experiências com ayahuasca, “cogumelos mágicos” (ou psilocibina), LSD, MDMA, canábis ou outras substâncias que, sobretudo quando utilizadas em contexto terapêutico ou cerimonial, têm sido associadas a melhorias para o bem-estar e saúde mental.

O #ThankYouPlantMedicine não tem uma agenda política. É um movimento baseado na gratidão, na partilha de informação e na necessidade de reduzir o estigma, que ignora o facto de muitas destas substâncias serem usadas há milhares de anos pela espécie humana e serem hoje objeto de intensa investigação científica.

Como tudo começou...

Em junho de 2019, dois participantes da World Ayauhasca Conference tiveram a seguinte ideia: organizar uma campanha para a partilha pública de experiências transformadoras com psicadélicos e plantas psicoativas. O objetivo era chegar às 100.000 histórias em todo o mundo... a começar em 20.02.2020!

A iniciativa teve eco e conta hoje com milhares de seguidores online, cerca de 600 voluntários de 60 países, e o apoio das mais respeitadas organizações nesta área a nível mundial.

#ThankYouPlantMedicine is a global movement of gratitude, focused on sharing testimonials around the use of psychedelic substances. Our objective is to bring the subject into collective consciousness and to combat stigma, to facilitate its better integration into society.

For the second event of the #ThankYouPlantMedicine initiative in Portugal, organized by SafeJourney , we launch the motto "My best bad trip." With this theme, we invite deconstruction of the negative tone commonly associated with so-called "bad trips." Difficult psychedelic experiences can often contribute in a significant way to our longer stories of transformation, resilience, healing and discovery.

It is necessary to present a digital certificate of vaccination (or certificate of recovery) OR proof of a valid negative test ("pharmacy test"). There is a UniLabs testing station on site, until 18 pm, for those who need to take the test at the entrance (free of charge). In this case, you should arrive earlier as there may be a waiting period.

Inside the Unobvious Lab you need to wear a mask, except when sitting.

#ThankYouPlantMedicine is an inclusive movement, covering experiences with ayahuasca, 'magic mushrooms' (psilocybin), LSD, MDMA, cannabis or other substances that have been associated with improvements to mental wellbeing and health, particularly when used in a therapeutic or ceremonial context.

#ThankYouPlantMedicine does not have a political agenda. It is a movement based on gratitude, information sharing and the need to reduce stigma, given that humans have practiced with many of these substances for thousands of years, and they are now the subject of intense scientific research.

How it all started...

In June 2019, two participants of the World Ayauhasca Conference had the following idea: organise a campaign for the public sharing of transformative experiences with psychedelics and psychoactive plants. The goal was to reach 100,000 stories worldwide... starting on 20.02.2020!

The initiative was successful, and it now has thousands of online followers, about 600 volunteers from 60 countries, and the support of the most respected organisations in the field worldwide.

Sobre o SafeJourney

O safejourney.pt disponibiliza informação, opinião e recursos sobre substâncias psicadélicas, tendencialmente em língua portuguesa.
