Yes. Pleasure Playground is a mixed-gender balanced retreat — designed to hold all identities in a safe, respectful and embodied way. The practices invite both individual and shared experience, with strong guidance and clear boundaries. You dont need to be in a couple to attend. Come as you are :)

Do I need any experience in yoga, tantra or embodiment?

No previous experience is required. Every session is fully guided and designed to meet you exactly where you are.
Whether you’ve been on a personal development journey for years or are just starting to reconnect with your body, you’ll be supported throughout.

What language will the retreat be in?

The retreat will be guided primarily in English, with Portuguese support available when needed. All facilitators are fluent and attuned to bilingual spaces, so you will be understood and included regardless of your native language.

Pleasure Playground takes place at Casa Shanti, a serene retreat house nestled in the nature of Mafra, Portugal — just 40 minutes from Lisbon.
The venue features cozy, heated rooms, forest paths, and nourishing spaces designed for deep rest and sensory exploration.

How much does the retreat cost, and what does the Eventbrite ticket include?

The full retreat value starts at €390, depending on your accommodation option (shared or private room). This includes all experiences, meals, and your stay for 3 days.
The amount paid on Eventbrite is a reservation fee — it secures your spot. This reservation will be deducted from the final price.

What’s the schedule like?

The retreat flows between guided sessions and free time: temple nights (Pleasure Playgrounds), playful connection, nature, rest, journaling, and delicious meals. A rhythm of presence, pleasure, reflection and renewal.
