Need a breather from work, screens and the world? Come join us for a laid-back walking meditation!
Nothing crazy. No need to “know how to meditate.” We’ll guide you through a simple way to walk with awareness, slow down, and actually feel your steps.
We’ll start with a short intro, walk together in silence, and wrap up with an optional chat or journaling if you feel like it. Bring a notebook if you want, or just come as you are.
Take an hour to unplug, clear your head, and walk with us.
This is not a networking event. It’s a space to:
