Posso cancelar o meu bilhete?
Não há lugar a cancelamentos, no entanto podes usar a plataforma Ticketswap para trocares o teu bilhete.

Quando terminam as fases de venda?
As fases de venda terminam assim que os bilhetes destinados a cada fase estejam esgotados, ou, quando a corrente Fase de venda chega à sua data final.

Quando é apresentado o alinhamento da festa?
O alinhamento é apresentado, geralmente, 1 dia antes do evento, no evento de Facebook e Instagram.

How do I get my ticket?
Tickets can be purchased either through the official promoters of the event, or through the digital platforms, just click on the links corresponding to each option.

Can I cancel my ticket?
There is no place for cancellations, however, you can use Ticketswap platform to swap your ticket.

When do the sales phases end?
The sales phases end once the tickets for each phase are Sold Out, or when the current sales phase reaches its end date.

When is the timetable presented?
The timetable is usually presented 1 day before the event, on the Facebook page, Facebook event and Instagram.
