In the second talk, we will explore "The role of culture and business management as a driver of innovation and social change" with Tatiana Ferreira. Together, we'll look at how company culture and business/work management can drive innovation and foster social change. We will discuss the role of organizations in shaping society by improving internal communication, optimizing work management and enhancing productivity. We will highlight how businesses, beyond their economic function, can influence positive transformation in the way people work and live.

Geek Girls Portugal (G2PT) community was born in 2010 under the name Portugal Girl Geek Dinners and is the first Portuguese community created to promote and bring together women in the technology field through regular meetings. As of September 2016, it adopts the new name Geek Girls Portugal and a new logo to broaden and better represent a more comprehensive mission.
The new mission focuses on engaging, inspiring, and empowering women through meetings and workshops, awareness sessions in schools to inspire young women, and mentoring to support the professional development and progression of women in the technology field.
