She will cover key phases, highlighting practical challenges and best practices to successfully manage each phase, ensuring that AI delivers measurable value in real-world applications.

In the second talk, we will know "Diversity as a tool to greatness" because most teams know they gain by being diverse, by having multiple backgrounds, ways of thinking and working. But why? Let’s discuss and rethink with Albertina Soares how we manage diversity and how we keep it without normalising to the majority in any team.

Geek Girls Portugal (G2PT) community was born in 2010 under the name Portugal Girl Geek Dinners and is the first Portuguese community created to promote and bring together women in the technology field through regular meetings. As of September 2016, it adopts the new name Geek Girls Portugal and a new logo to broaden and better represent a more comprehensive mission.
