A practical workshop designed to help women understand ETFs and how to start investing with greater clarity and confidence.

This session is focused entirely on ETFs (Exchange-Traded Funds) — one of the simplest and most accessible ways to begin building a long-term investment strategy.

Many women know investing is important, yet still feel unsure about where to start, which platform to use, how much money they need, or how to select the right ETF without feeling overwhelmed.

During this workshop, we will break down ETFs in a simple, structured and practical way — helping you understand how they work, how to analyse them, and how to start building your own investment strategy step by step.

The educational session will last approximately 75 minutes, followed by networking and open discussion with other women interested in financial growth, investing and long-term financial independence.

No previous investing experience required.

About Your Speakers

Laura Pulita is a Financial Coach with a background in banking, investment and real estate.

After years working in the financial sector and investing personally, she created The Financial Thinking to help women approach money and investing with greater clarity, structure and confidence.

Her work focuses on simplifying investing and making financial education more accessible, practical and understandable for women who want to build long-term financial independence without feeling intimidated by the financial world.

Through workshops, masterclasses and individual sessions, she helps women take their first steps into investing with a clear and supportive approach.

Rachel Canales is a Currency Specialist at GC Partners, based in Vilamoura, where the team has been supporting the Algarve's international community for over 20 years.

Alongside Laura, Rachel is bringing together a space for open, practical conversations around financial awareness, international payments and foreign currency exchange. The kind of knowledge that genuinely makes a difference in people's lives.
