Are you sure that what you promise your customers is what they are actually looking for? Join this workshop and step by step you will learn on how to deliver a unique and meaningful experience to your customers.

About the coaches

Eva Bonsel is a coach, trainer and people leader who is allergic to poor services provided by companies. Using technology and Service Design, she helps teams focus more on the customer and be happier on what contribution they are making.

Kasper van der Knaap is managing partner at Koos in Lisbon. With several years of experience in leading and co-creating with teams as well as doing business in various cultures. He is constantly looking to understand someone's values in order to optimize services supported by creative methods.
