Join us for a special Yin Yoga and Sound Bath experience with Loretta and Carolina, designed to support your transition into autumn with calm, clarity, and intention.
As the Autumn Equinox approaches — a moment of perfect balance between day and night — we are invited to pause, reflect, and gently turn inward. It’s a powerful time to reset your nervous system, release the excess of summer, and align with the slower rhythm of the coming season.
What to Expect:
Yin Yoga with Loretta — a slow, grounding practice to ease tension, support emotional balance, and invite stillness. Suitable for all levels.
Sound Bath with Carolina — be immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls that calm the mind, balance your energy, and promote deep rest.
A peaceful, supportive space to reflect, restore, and reconnect — in harmony with the season’s natural shift
What to Bring:
Warm, comfortable clothing and an open heart.
Spots are limited — reserve yours early to join this evening of deep rest and seasonal renewal. We look forward to welcoming you into this sacred space.
About Loretta: Loretta is a vibrant yoga instructor with a passion for movement that has shaped her life. Born in France, she spent the last decade traveling the world, exploring life, and deepening her yoga practice. Loretta began her yoga journey in 2012 in Australia, and after completing her 200-hour Ashtanga-Vinyasa training in Mysore, India, she started teaching in Sri Lanka. She later trained in Yin yoga to bring balance to both her practice and lifestyle, continuously learning from international teachers along the way.
About Carolina: Carolina is a 200-hour certified Vinyasa Yoga teacher with a passion for Alchemy Crystal Sound Bowls. She is also a certified crystal bowl sound practitioner. In addition to Vinyasa, Carolina teaches Ashtanga and Yin Yoga. By integrating sound and meditation, she helps guide brain waves to lower frequencies, allowing for a deeper meditative state. The combination of yoga asanas and a soothing sound bath helps participants move out of their minds and into a more embodied, present state of being.
