Alma Mater hosted by AB+AC Architects x Heartfulness

During Lisbon Design Week, the well-being focused studio AB+AC Architects presents Alma Mater – a collectible design series where light and metal are sculpted into ritual and reflection.

As part of Alma Mater, visitors are invited to a daily stillness practice in collaboration with Vasco Gaspar and Maria Bras from the Heartfulness Movement. This experience offers guided relaxation, silent meditation, and space for gentle reflection.

No prior experience is needed—only a willingness to be present.
