About the workshop:When was the last time you allowed yourself to truly express creatively what you’re feeling without high expectations or judgement?In this workshop we combine mindfulness and creativity to reconnect with ourselves through art. The workshop is dedicated to intuitive drawing, free creation and using different materials to explore and express what’s inside of us. There are no rules, no right or wrong, and no previous art experience needed.All the materials are included: High quality paper for the final piece, watercolors, acrylics, oil pastels, brushes and some materials of Nicole's collection to make sure you have everything you need to fully immerse yourself into experimentation and play.What you can expect:🎨 Playful creative exercises to help you let go of perfectionism🌿 A deeper connection to your intuition and the joy of self-expression.🖌️ Experimenting with different materials.Your host:Nicole is a German artist with Spanish roots, a designer, and a wholehearted believer in her mantra: “expression over perfection.”For Nicole, art is not about producing something “good” or impressive. It is about the joy of putting pen, brush, or color to paper and discovering where it leads.
