Art of Hosting Spring Course | 2019

Somos uma comunidade de praticantes da rede de aprendizagem e prática Art of Hosting internacional. Realizamos a 1ª edição da formação em Portugal, em 2016 dedicada ao tema ' Como podemos ser os líderes pelos quais esperamos?' e nesta 2ª edição convocamos um espaço de aprendizagem para aprofundar práticas de colaboração e acção participativa.ENGLISHWe are a community of practitioners and apprentices connected with the global Art of Hosting network.Our seeds of community were planted in 2015, nurtured by a group of facilitators and trainers who attended previously to Art of Hosting training and brought it to Portugal. Our 1st Art of Hosting Training took place in 2016.

<H2 CLASS="wsite-content-title">You will learn how to create spaces for people to discuss issues that matter to them. You will learn how to host meaningful conversations that will unleash wiser collective action.</H2>

<H3 CLASS="paragraph">Much of the art and power of the Art of Hosting approach comes not from any individual method but learning to blend and tailor a combination of methods to serve the need and purpose of the unique context a practitioner is working with using an understanding of underlying patterns of process design.</H3>
