Whatever class is, the main goal is to be with you! The way we achieve it is different and equally exciting.In calmer classes you will follow sequences focused on breathing, body alignment, flexibility and balance, with inverted postures and focusing on the connection with your mind.And there are also those where we give greater focus to the physical, with more muscle work and more challenging postures. Boards, lunches and sit-ups gain a new concept and acrobatics is part of the challenge. When we bring music and create choreographies your body moves to the taste of rhythm and everything makes sense.This is where you find the opportunity to embrace your fears and face them, well aware of the here and now.Challenge your boundaries.Find your own flow.Embrace everything you are.
