Abstract painting workshop

I’m thrilled to share an exciting opportunity with you. I’m leading a painting workshop at my studio in the heart of Lisbon

• Small group (3 people only)

• Large canvas experience ( 60x80cm)

How it will go

After a short demo and we will start painting on canvases. You will pick preferable colors and dive into a new creative experience.

I will cover the essential basics you need to know to build a strong aesthetic visual: color theory, value, composition, layers, and marks.

Your painting will change multiple times and I'm always by your side to help with the next step. I guide more at the beginning. As you get a hang of it you will want to paint independently without any interruption.

We will paint with round and flat brushes (different sizes, and shapes), a palette knife, an art wedge (3 of your choice), a sponge, spray paint, ink and hands ( gloves are provided).

We will use professional acrylic paint from leading art brands: Windsor & Newton, Liquitex, Amsterdam, water-based spray paint Montana, and large oil pastel, ink, hands (gloves provided)

You will work on your museum quality stretched canvas 60x80cm.

All material provided, wine/snacks included.
