What?
Within this training course, participants will dedicate 2 intense days to deeply dive into their career and life path.
The methodology is based on MBTI, The Genius Zone, and Ikigai combined with artistic elements.
Course will be held in English.
Where?
Porto, Portugal.
Porto is a UNESCO’s world Heritage city with a strong identity that stands out with its colorful buildings, its beautiful ceramic walls and has one of the most beautiful train stations in the world.

The Team
Yulia Utenkova: Yulia is an educator with solid experience in the civil society sector and a Gestalt therapist. She dedicated 10 years to the International Voluntary Service movement, supporting local communities to initiate volunteer activities, and running training courses on leadership and effective communication with the use of coaching tools and MBTI. She also worked for 2 large educational projects in Council of Europe, organizing meetings and seminars on human rights in Russia.
Agita Jaunzeme: Agita is a Community Manager and certified facilitator specializing in educational courses on topics of personal development, media, project management, and community building. She is a content creator on LinkedIn and a speaker at IT conferences. She has merged two passions in computer sciences and community building, and is currently working as a Data Engineering Community Manager at VMware.
