7 Days of Empowerment

7 Days of Empowerment is a multi-style yoga retreat taking place on the island of Porto Santo. During this retreat, you will connect with the earth, glide through the air and flow above water. Connecting with the elements and embracing the power within, you'll find a renewed sense of gratitude for your body, how it moves, and the connection you have with the world around you. From this retreat, you will feel empowered to live a conscious life, respecting yourself and others.

We will stay at a lovely villa on the beach with 6 rooms, a garden, ample space to reflect, and a large, shared kitchen and dining area. You may book either a shared double room with twin beds or a private single room. The space is simple, quiet, and relaxing.
