The F4S Academy is ready to present our newest series of webinars!

This fourth cycle will try to answer the question “Is sustainable the new healthy?”. The first webinar (23 june) - Sustainable diets – concepts and perspectives - we will try to address the concept of sustainable diet, reflecting on the impact of our food choices and eating patterns on a social, environmental and health dimensions. We will challenge speakers to bring us their inputs and perspectives on healthy and sustainable consumption considering current evidence.The second webinar (30 june) - Sustainable diets – from theory to practice I - we will have the opportunity to explore some practical examples of programs and associations that promote healthy and sustainable consumption. We will challenge the speakers to share which ingredients they consider essential to promote healthy and sustainable eating, as well as the main challenges they encounter in this mission.And in the third webinar (07 july) - Sustainable diets – from theory to practice II - we will continue to explore some practical examples of promoting healthy and sustainable eating, this time with a focus on product and service development. We will challenge the speakers to share which ingredients they consider essential to promote healthy and sustainable consumption, as well as the main challenges they encounter in this mission.
