A heart centered healing space, here to guide you into relaxation and deep rest.. Through small group sound baths and ceremonies, we invite you to slow down and just BE. Using crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, drums, voice, and other supportive instruments, each experience is designed to gently guide you to receive whatever you need.We offer a cozy, welcoming environment where you can show up exactly as you are and let the sound do the work.Held in an intimate, private-home setting in Manassas, VAOccasional events in other citiesNo prior experience necessary.We provide everything you need: cozy 3 inch memory foam mats, blankets, bolsters, eye pillows, and coffee/tea.
