Off-Main Experience

The RiseUP Group, Inc. is a Connecticut-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization committed to empowering communities, fostering youth development, and transforming public spaces. Founded with a mission to uplift and inspire, our organization brings people together through impactful, community-driven initiatives.Through our primary placemaking division, RiseUP for Arts, we specialize in creating world-class public art, large-scale mural projects, and vibrant cultural activations. We believe in the power of the "indefensible trifecta"—Music, Art, and Food—to build stronger neighborhoods. By producing signature events like the Off-Main Experience in Manchester and Stamford, we transform underutilized streets and parks into pedestrian-friendly, open-air markets and community hubs.Our overarching goal is to support local economic development through "BARE" (Business Attraction, Retention, and Expansion).
