Join us at the farmhouse located one mile East of the yoga studio. Kick off the weekend with Friday night yoga with Betty. We will enjoy a sound bowl meditation in the farmhouse yurt on Sunday with an Ayurvedic farm to table meal.

Her coreXyoga® training program was nominated Best Program in Chicago. It is renowned for being an efficient way to learn how to be a yoga teacher.She is a published author of "The Yoga Asana Handbook" and "Yoga Snippet."  She holds an ACE certification in Group Fitness, a Fitness Instructor degree from College of DuPage, and numerous specialty certificates.  She holds the ERYT-500 distinction and she founded Edge Yoga School, a Registered Yoga Alliance School.
